Welcome to HelvetiaVoice. These Terms of Service govern your use of our public opinion, interviews, and analytics services. By using our website at HelvetiaVoice.com, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

“Services” means the public opinion surveys, interview facilitation, analytics reports, information products, and physical goods offered by HelvetiaVoice.

2.1 Public Opinion Services

Includes custom surveys, data collection, and summarization.

2.2 Interview Services

Includes recruitment, scheduling, and moderation of interviews.

2.3 Analytics Services

Includes report generation, trend analysis, and dashboard access.

2.4 Information Products

Digital reports, white papers, and training materials.

2.5 Physical Goods

Printed materials and merchandise.

3. Fee Settlement

Fees are due in advance as described on our website. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. For assistance, contact us via contact form.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Public Opinion, Interview, and Analytics Services

If you cancel at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled service date, we will issue a refund through the original payment method within 14 business days. You may also request to reschedule the service once at no extra charge by notifying us at least 3 calendar days prior.

Cancellations fewer than 7 days before the service date or no-shows are not eligible for a refund due to preparation efforts.

4.2 Information Products

Digital products may be reviewed for quality assurance. If a defect is found, you may request a refund within 14 days of the download date. Upon approval, the refund will be issued within 10 business days. You may also exchange the product for another of equal or lesser value.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Please contact us to obtain shipping instructions. We will arrange pickup or provide a label. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Certain customized items are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature. This will be stated at the time of purchase.

5. Modifications and Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order or service, notify us at least 3 calendar days before the start date. Changes are subject to availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

HelvetiaVoice shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services or products.
